At Ibha Cares, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below for complete information on how and when your order will arrive.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer service at ibhacares@gmail.com. We don't have cross border shipment facility.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days
Note: This product ships via surface transport only. Express or air shipping is not available due to regulatory or safety restrictions.
Biker Delivery (Delhi & NCR only): Same-day or next-day delivery available with actual delivery charges applied at checkout.

4. Shipping Charges
SHIPMENT WEIGHT
RATE PER KG
1KG TO 3KG is Rs. 70
4KG TO 7KG is Rs. 65
8KG TO 10KG is Rs. 60
11KG TO 14K is Rs. 50
ABOVE 15KG is Rs. 45
Final shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment via our courier partner’s website or through the tracking link provided.
6. Delays and Issues
In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters
- Remote area delivery
- Courier company issues

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order. Ibha Cares is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
8. Missing Items
All materials are carefully packed prior to dispatch to ensure safe delivery. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss, breakage, or leakage that may occur during transit.
Please note: The terms under “Missing Items” apply only in cases where an item is missing from the package. In such instances, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order arrives and items are missing:

An unboxing video is mandatory.

Please provide clear photographs of the outer packaging and the received product(s).
9. Delivery Partners
We primarily ship through DTDC, our preferred courier partner, to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
Other logistics options such as Delhivery, Bluedart, etc., are available upon request but may incur higher shipping charges.
