Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Ibha Cares, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality handmade products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:

Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
- To cancel your order, please email us at support@ibhacares.com or call our customer care.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund/Replacement Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases of defective or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims for damage or missing items, along with clear photographs of the packaging and product as proof.

Once your return/replacement is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds may not be applicable for items on sale or custom-made orders.
