Equipment Required
100 ml glass beakers
Stirring rods and spatulas
Precision weighing scale
pH meter or pH strips
Cosmetic jar or airless pump bottle
Procedure
Step 1
Take distilled water in a clean beaker.
Add:
Betaine
Alpha Arbutin
Niacinamide
Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate (PAD)
Panthenol
Mix until all ingredients are completely dissolved.
Step 2
Slowly sprinkle Aristoflex AVC into the solution while stirring continuously.
Continue mixing until a smooth gel forms.
Step 3
Add C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate slowly while stirring.
Mix until uniform.
Step 4
Add Euxyl PE 9010 and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Check the final pH.
Recommended pH:
5.0 – 5.5
If required, adjust with a suitable acid or alkali solution.
Step 6
Transfer into suitable containers and allow the formulation to stabilize for 24 hours before evaluation.
