Application - Add to the heated oil phase (75°C). Combine with heated water phase, blend with a stick blender until emulsified. Switch to low shear mixing as it cools. Add sensitive ingredients under 40°C.

How to Add: Heat in oil phase. Combine with water phase and blend. No additional stabilizer needed if no electrolytes are present.
