Application - Add Lotion Pro to the oil phase of your formulation. Heat both oil and water phases separately to 70–75°C, then blend together to form a uniform emulsion. Adjust thickness using waxes, butters, or fatty alcohols based on desired consistency.
Solubility - Dispersible in water and oil, Insoluble in water alone
pH Value - Effective in formulations with pH 5.5 – 7 (tolerates final pH range of 4–9)
Melting Point - Approximately 50–60°C
Usage Rate - 
5% – Light lotions and milks
10–15% – Classic body lotions
20% – Fluid creams
25% – Thick creams and butters
How to Add to Formulation - 
Weigh into oil phase and heat until melted.
Heat water phase separately.
Combine oil and water phases at ~70–75°C, stirring continuously until emulsified.
Cool with gentle mixing; add actives, fragrances, and preservatives as needed.
