Description - Hydrogenated Castor Oil Flakes are a high-quality, plant-derived ingredient crafted by hydrogenating pure castor oil in the presence of a nickel catalyst. This transformation converts the oil into a hard, brittle wax with a raised melting point of approximately 85–86°C. In its solid form, it appears as smooth cream-to-white flakes, melting into a clear, transparent liquid.
