HOW TO USE -To use, begin by heating water to 170°F and incorporating your Phase 1 ingredients. In a separate container, combine the surfactants and melt them with your chosen oil blend. Once both phases are ready, mix them together at 115°F, stirring thoroughly to ensure a uniform blend. Adjust the pH to between 5 and 6 using citric acid, then add the remaining ingredients to complete your formulation.
