Description - BTMS 25 is a quaternary conditioning agent and cationic emulsifying wax derived from the natural plant oil Colza. It is perfect for hair products, especially leave-in conditioners, as it produces ideal hair conditioning properties with great detangling and softening properties. BTMS produces emulsions with creamy and thick consistency, it offers improved wet combability.It can also be used as a co emulsifier. Great for hair and body butter, lotions and scrubs. It contains 25% of the active ingredient.

Particularly effective on coarse and frizzy hair, making it softer and more flexible while improving wet combing and detangling.
Provides body to fine, flyaway hair and enhances spring and curl retention in curly hair.
Usage
Oil-soluble: Add BTMS‑25 during oil phase when making creams and lotions.
Use at 1% to 10% in formulations.
For a light lotion: use 3% to 5% BTMS‑25 with 3% oils.
For a thicker cream: use 6% to 10% BTMS‑25 with up to 20% oils.
Incorporating solid fats in the oil phase can add extra thickness.
Solubility
BTMS 25 is oil-soluble, which allows it to dissolve easily in lipid-based ingredients.
